Project Execuitive of Operations 展会运营项目主管 德国慕尼黑展览 慕尼黑展览(上海)有限公司,德国慕尼黑展览 Responsibilities:

1. Implement project operation plan and coordinate concurrent events.

2. Responsible for work flow designated by the DM to provide effective and in-time support to the project teams

3.Build close relationship with government organizations like the customs, fire protection, security and other units

4. Setup and maintain close contact with exhibition centres, official booth contractor and official forwarder, supervise non-official booth contractor

5. Responsible for exhibitor service including booth construction、transportation、furniture and electricity, coordinate customs declaration etc.

6. Responsible for visa letters and applications for exhibitors and visitors as well as hotel reservations in coordination with travel agency

7 Provide on-site coordination between exhibitors and exhibition center, suppliers

8. Communicate and coordinate with the project team on matters as construction suites, international exhibitor service and other future cooperation with headquarter company.

Requirements:

1.At least 2~3 years’ experience in exhibition or related industry

2.Experience in working with government organizations

3. Experience in booth construction is preferred

4.Strong in planning, organizing and coordination,good communication skills

5.Bachelor degree or above

6.Good command of English and Shanghainese

7.Computer proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
