美资IVD公司床旁血液监护耗材客户专员 工作职责

• Meet and exceed the sales goals of instrument placement and cartridge sale in certain area.

• 完成公司产品在目标区域的销售

• Manage distributor performance to ensure the sales goal achieved.

• 管理分销商,已实现区域内销售目标。

• Effectively communicate with distributors about product strategy.

• 有效地与有关产品战略经销商沟通;

• Work closely with marketing team and distributors to plan and execute local marketing activities.

• 与市场部、分销商紧密配合,完成区域内市场推广活动

• Communicate and execute distribution strategies to gain market share and to improve margin/profitability in certain area.

• 传达并执行销售策略,以赢得区域内较高的市场份额,并提高区域盈利能力;

• Establish relationship with KOLs, distributors and hospitals.

• 与KOLs、分销商及医院建立良好的客户关系

• Provide accurate market and competitive information to Marketing.

• 向市场部提供准确的市场和竞争信息

• Basing on the understanding of local market to prepare an actuate sales forecast• 针对本地市场,展开有针对性的销售策略

• Colleague and above 大专及以上学历

• Medical Related major 医学相关专业

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.

• 至少有3年以上销售经验

• Understands customer needs; able to articulate benefits of Point Of Care Testing products to target customers; uses good business judgment, negotiation skills.

• 理解客户需求,能够向目标客户介绍清楚床边诊断系统的优势,具有较好商业直觉和谈判技巧

• Sales experience in hospital. Experience selling complex solutions to customers that involve multiple influencers and decision makers.

• 拥有临床经验,并能为有影响力和决策能力的目标客户,提供较好的解决方案。

• Knowledge of multi-site hospital sales and implementation is preferred. Knowledge of selling to Academic Institutions is a plus.

• 熟悉临床销售的各个环节和学术推广模式。
