Support the development of the overall field operations philosophy.

Development of plant operational documentation, procedures and operational planning tools.

Development of the field production planning/operations management procedures.

Development of detailed emergency response plans, systems and procedures.

In coordination with the LLI (OEM) equipment and EPC contractors, develop and document the plant and equipment operational and emergency procedures.

Development of the procedures and systems for handling, metering and coordination of transfer of custodianship of production to client.

Support the recruitment (technical screening/selection) of Operators, Ops supervisors, technicians and ops support roles (production chemists, waste management etc.

15+ years of oil and gas technical experience.

15年以上石油和天然气技术经验Direct management experience (client or contractor based) in leading asset production operations team (onshore)直接管理经验(客户或承包商)在领先的资产生产运营团队(陆上)Experienced in the management and supervision of onshore oil and gas production facilities.

熟悉陆上油气生产设施的管理和监督。

Excellent (or native) Mandarin speaker with strong preference for reasonable/good levels of English普通话流利(或母语为普通话),具有较强的英语水平。
