Maintain and improve robust HSE management system保持并提升职业健康安全环境管理系统a.

Monitor the implementation of plant HSE management system on site.

监控并推动职业健康安全环境管理系统在工厂的实施b.

Measure HSE performance, initiate corrective actions as appropriate and follow up on their effectiveness.

监控职业健康安全环境管理的绩效,制定合适的纠正预防措施,并保证措施落实的有效性c.

Provide HSE guidance to all plant functions and involved people.

提供职业健康安全环境管理相关的的指导到工厂的各个部门以及涉及的人员d.

Support engineering project management on HSE design, acceptance and project safety, to be in line with Contractor Mgt.

standard and guideline.

提供项目的设计/验收/实施方面的HSE的管理,同时符合供应商管理的标准以及指导要求2.

Risks Assessment风险评估的落实与改善a.

Ensure that specific risk assessments (e.

g.

oven safety, electrical safety, dust explosion, ergonomics, changes and projects) are performed to minimize accident risks and prevent asset losses.

In addition, provide quick and cost-efficient issue solution.

确保具体的风险评估(如烤炉安全,电气安全,粉尘防爆,人机工程,变更管理等)实施到位以减少事故风险发生的可能性,减小财产损失,并提供快速的/成本效益较高的解决方案3.

Sustainability可持续性的推动a.

Lead risk/opportunity analysis and tracking the action plan/project plan, drive for result.

主导环境/可持续性相关的风险以及机会点的分析,跟进行动措施以及项目进展,推动结果发生变化b.

Track and report energy, water and waste management status, initiate team efforts to make sure continuous energy and water consumption and waste generation reduction.

跟进并汇报能源,水, 固废的管理状况,与团队共同努力与能源、水的消耗以及固废产生量的降低4.

HSE Measurement and Control职业健康安全环境的监督以及控制a.

Measure safety and environmental performance, initiate corrective actions as appropriate and follow up on their effectiveness.

监督管理安全/环境的绩效,制定合适的纠正预防措施,并保证措施落实的有效性b.

Involve high risk incident investigation and root cause analysis, problem-solving Investigate, handle and report safety and environment incident.

参与高风险事故事件的调查,根本原因的分析,汇报/处理相关的安全环境事故事件c.

Establish the distribution standard of personal protection equipment and monitoring the PPE compliance建立个人防护用品的发放使用标准,并监管PPE合规性的使用d.

Establish file for operators working in special positions, special equipment and employee health.

建立特定区域,特种作业,特种设备操作相关的资质文件等,并负责职业健康相关文件的建立以及持续更新。

Manage and assess security team performance, hold monthly meeting and training for security member.

管理并评估安保绩效,召开月度的会议,并给予安保团队成员相关的培训。

Supervise the contractors and visitors’ behaviour, push behaviour comply with Plant rules.

监督供应商/访客的行为,推动其行为符合工厂的要求5.

Training /Communication培训/沟通a.

Deliver assigned trainings as per Training plan根据培训计划实施相关的培训课程b.

Organize and conduct plant monthly HSE meeting to review overall HSE performance and activities, and align next key focus of next months组织并主导月度的HSE会议来回顾HSE的绩效/活动,并确认次月的工作主要方向6.

Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per HSE requirement实施HSE 相关的其他工作任务任职要求:1.

Education, qualifications and training教育,资质,以及培训a.

Bachelor degree of science or engineering or above,safety or environment engineering 工程相关的本科及以上资质,优先安全/环境相关的工程专业2.

Experience or skills requireda.

Two-years working experience of safety engineering and environment 两年以上的职业健康/环境相关的工作经验b.

Excellent presentation and writing skills优秀的演讲/书写能力c.

Strong communication skill卓越的沟通能力d.

Be familiar with safety/environment regulations熟悉安全/环境相关的法律法规e.

Good command of English and computer skills 英文沟通/电脑技能f.

Be familiar with ISO system and file management熟悉HSE相关的ISO的体系以及文件管理g.

Have the sense of responsibility高度的责任心h.

Familiar with production process对于生产制造业的流程有所了解3.

Specialized knowledge or skills required专业技能a.

Familiar safety management procedure熟悉安全管理的流程b.

Familiar the knowledge in explosion, automation, mechanics, chemical, fire control.
