作为项目的Catia主管(整个项目或部分区域),带领设计小组完成设计任务,完成项目中机械设计、文档和装配调试支持等工作;?

As Catia lead of project (or a portion of project), Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design team to complete the design task, including mechanical design, documentation, site support, etc.

参与部分细化工艺工作,如制作时序图,操作流程、焊点分配、焊枪选择,完善Layout等?

Participate in reengineering work, such as cycle time chart, loading sequence, spot distribution, welding gun definition, layout, etc.

3.

依据客户需求,制定MCP及3D夹具方案。

设计夹具3D、2D、采购清单及BOM; 参与项目实施过程中的设计标准制定与3D/2D设计质量审核;?

Define MCP and 3D concept for fixtures base on customer requirements, finish 3D design, 2D drawing, purchasing part selection and BOM.

Participate in design standard definition and the 3D / 2D design review.

4.

跟踪加工装配过程,并对过程出现的问题给予解决。

? Support the manufacture and assembly, and solve the design problem.

任职要求:Requirements1.

机械类或汽车相关专业本科学历;?

Bachelor degree (or above) of mechanical or automotive engineering;2.

白车身焊装工艺三年以上夹具设计经验、熟悉各主流车厂的设计标准;?

Three years working experience in fixture design of BIW.

Be familiar with main car maker’s specifications.

3.

有丰富的夹具设计经验,具有较强的设计能力,?

Rich experience in fixture design, have strong ability of fixture design4.

熟练掌握Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Catia;?

Skillful in Auto CAD, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,Catia5.

英语听说读写熟练;?

Good English in speaking and writing.

6.

善于交流, 团队合作;?

Good communications skills and teamwork,7.
