3-5年以上轴承套圈及其相关品类直接采购经验;2.

熟悉管材/铸件等相关材料,熟悉机加工/冲压/注塑/铸造等相关加工工艺;Tasks:- develop and implement regional purchasing/commodity strategy and align with global and regional purchasing strategies- select, eva luate and qualify new suppliers in the region; visit, eva luate and audit suppliers- prepare and execute negotiations and close contracts/agreements with regional suppliers- take responsibility for the local supplier base and the performance of the regional suppliers within the responsible commodities- improve the material supply chain, including risk management and mitigation in co-ordination with PL-P, SD and PP- improve the purchasing cost of purchased materials and parts, e.

initiate and drive cost reduction projects- support PL-P to identify products that could be subjected to make-or-buy analysis- take the overall responsibilities for the implementation of negotiated prices, terms and conditions in the relevant plants- support plant purchasing/scheduler in the event of escalation, e.

quality and/or delivery issues- integrate and implement the purchasing activities of the Schaeffler Group in the region and develop synergies- prepare and take part in related customer auditsRequirements:- Bachelor or master degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or similar- 5+ years experience of strategic purchasing from automotive industries- Familiar with manufacturing processess such as machining, stamping, injection moulding, casting, sintering, or other technologies- Familiar with standard tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and SAP- Inter-cultural experience/skills- Good experience and knowledge in purchasing affairs, good project management skills and capable to manage complex and multi-projects- Good cost and value analysis skills and excellent negotiation skills- Good command of English, both spoken and written
