Manufacturing Process Supervisor 制造工艺主管 安德里茨 安德里茨(中国)有限公司,ANDRITZ,ATC,安德里茨 职责描述:• Leading Manufacturing process team in FS Location, optimized manufacturing process to production shop.

负责带领佛山ATC厂区制造工艺团队优化各车间的生产工艺• People management人员管理-Direct and coordinate the activities of personnel in the various parts of ME group直接协调管理ME团队的各种事务-Establish goals for the ME personnel and monitors the result.

为ME团队建立年度目标并跟进并促成年度目标结果达成。

-Training plan for manufacturing group people.

为ME团队制定培训计划• Quality safety质量和安全-Maintain the required standard of quality for FS Location.

保持并执行佛山ATC厂区的标准质量要求-Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and stipulation prevailing in P.

确保遵守中国现行的所有法律、法规和规定-Continuously improve the work procedure, tools and equipment as well as standard time needed for a more efficient type of operation.

持续改善工作流程,工具和设备以及为达到更高效的操作所需要的标准工时-Responsible for and take care of safety of subordinates负责和监督下属的安全任职要求:• College or bachelor degree with major of welding or mechanic engineering, mechanic manufacturing本科以上学历,焊接或机械工程/机械制造专业• 5 years working experience for CNC programming5年以上CNC编程相关工作经验• Familaiar with milling/turning process with optimized tool path and cutting parameter熟悉铣床及车床加工的刀具路径及切削参数优化• Able to optimize NC progam 优化NC程序• 3-5 years team leading experience 3至5年团队带领经验• Good communnication skills 良好的沟通技能• Familiar with CIMCO Edit 5.

5 CAD/CAM , understanding Uni-Graphics is plus , able to build 3-D Model with UG.

熟练使用CIMCO Edit 5.

5 CAD/CAM,会使用Uni-Graphics及使用UG进行3D建模优先考虑• Able to communicate with English 具备基本的英语沟通及读写能力
