QC主管 (质量检验主管) 广州思肯德电子测量设备有限公司 广州思肯德电子测量设备有限公司,思肯德 岗位职责:1.

建立质量目标和质量计划,获得批准后实施严格的审批;;2.

建立机械质量检测标准;3.

组织对大型材料现场检查和管理来料检查;4.

负责管理内部计量器具,包括器具的使用、记录、盘点、检查、统计5.

对不合格物料做好质量记录、统计、分析、报告以及后续跟踪6.

对来料检验、机器装配过程时出现的物料质量问题,以及客户投诉的质量问题等情况负责进行沟通、跟踪和解决。

对质量问题纠正和预防;7.

调查、分析和提出质量问题解决方案,采取必要手段防止质量问题;8.

组织团队培训管理,提高员工质量意识岗位要求:本科学历,机械相关专业;5-7年左右机械质量控制经验,.

对机械加工和组装工艺熟悉,熟练理解机械制图和使用卡尺、千分尺等检验工具,有机械折弯,加工,喷漆,焊接等相关工作经验至少2-3年主管职位经验;良好的协调和沟通能力;5.

英语书面和口语能力流利熟练;Job description-Setting up quality target plan, carry out strictly after getting approval;-Setting up mechanical quality inspection standard-Large machinery inspection on supplier site, management inspection for incoming material;-Responsible for measuring tool management, including tools use/record/ inventory etc.

;-Record/ statistics/ analysis/report for non-conformity material ;-Responsible for communication/follow-up/solving on quality problem from inspection mechanical assembling as well complain from customers/after sales, correction and prevention taken on these quality problem;-Investigation/analysis/giving solution for quality problem, actions taken to avoid these problems;-Team training and management to improve sense of quality;Requirements-Bachelor degree with mechanical related major;-5-7years experience on mechanical quality control, at least 2 -3 years experience on leader position;-Good coordination communication skills;-Good command of reading and speaking English;分享微信邮件
