工艺经理/主管(汽车电子总装车间) Job Duties:1.

New energy project Lead for overall preparation and coordination of NPI/TPI with the objectives of best quality, on schedule, within budget;2.

Drive the APQP process and facilitate the product launching;3.

Work together with internal team (Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Engineering) who are involved in NPI/TPI and provide support and direction;4.

Define charging business project process flow and layout;5.

Process equipment set up, take lead for equipment issues resolving to meet FDPR and SOP target;6.

Define assembly work station configuration based on process specific requirement and available budget;7.

Define and organize PFMEA preparation and implementation;8.

Define and implement WI, OK-start check list before mass production;9.

Optimizing the Assembly Process Wall charger acc.

Takt time, FTY, Costs and improve the mass production process and equipment optimization;Job Requirements Skills:1.

Bachelor degree or above, Education in mechanical or equivalent in automation, industrial engineering;2.

Above 8 years working experience and at least 3 years’ electronic process related experience;3.

Good knowledge in SMT, ECU, PCB and familiar with IPC 610, ISO17025, ISO26262, IATF 16949;4.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken for English and Mandarin;5.

Comfortable to work in global project team and face challenge on new requirement.
