)- Quality assurance (QA): Solving daily issues regarding optical and workability issues of BAP productsResponsibilities and task details:- Understanding the foil production process of BAP products- Supporting and coordination of quality issues for BAP products- Self-organization and using 5S disciplines in quality field- eva luation of defect parts in the field of IMD and Insert molding- Implementing efficient work flows for the daily quality procedures- Communication with related departments about quality issues- Continues improvement of quality and process parameters- Discuss with colleagues in Chinese and English languageQualification:- Need to communicate in English (write and speak)- Independent working attitude and communication- Engineer or scientific university degree (or background in QA / IMD field)- Curiosity in learning and understanding new processes
