University degree, major in Engineering; Mechanical or related field2.

Relative experience of engineering change management.

Relative product certificate experience, eg.

3C, Emark, and quality knowledge, eg.

ISO9001/TS16949.

4.

Good English communication skills5.

Good at Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.

Good project management6.

Familiar with the mechanical principle, electrical and pneumatic control.

7.

Over 3 years engineering experience on machine equipment management8.

Strong understanding injection molding machine metalizing machine maintenance will be given priority.

Responsibility:1.

Repair machinery and facility2.

Preventive and corrective maintenance for the machinery and facility3.

Respond to any substance contingency in the area4.

Recording activities in the log book for follow-up5.

Complete continuous improvement plan of machine, fixtures, gripper and facility6.

Reduce down-time attributed to machinery set-up and failure7.

Provide support to the production areas8.

Plan, coach technicians to maintain machine and equipment9.

Comply with the training and certification programs10.

Installation and commissioning new equipment, tooling and facility11.

Move the machine or fixtures in the plant, gripper manufacture12.

Monitor subordinates (technicians) to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury
