展示架产品开发设计副经理 Job Duties:- Receive and manage design brief.

- Work with drawing team and prototype team to compile detailed 3D modelling and sample.

- Work closely with the project team to realise the design and schedule.

- Work closely with internal drawing team, prototype team and project management team.

- Ensure meeting the agreed timeframe, quality and accuracy.

- Ensure the sample in agreed quality standard, colours and finishing.

- Work closely with partners to include innovation and digital device.

- Follow daily work in progress (WIP).

- Work closely with installation contractor on-site.

- With western mindset in the design development.

- Ready for travel to APAC- Able to communicate with china supplier chain independentlyRequirements:- multi-tasking skills are required.

- able to work under stress and react at short timing.

- flexible to work in different locations.

- Skills to resolve conflicts and face complex situation.

- Solution orientated.

- Design focused.

- Efficient communication skills to contact clients, sales, Project Management Team and China factory teams.

- Manage the team to complete the project and make the correction decision.
