内容：
干撒货租船经理 (新加坡) 光汇石油 深圳光汇石油集团股份有限公司,光汇石油,光汇石油集团,光汇 He/She is primarily responsible for the development of Dry Bulk market, including the implementation of business model in accordance to overall Marine Online business strategy:•Responsible for the design and development of mobile Application and B2B platform, and the continuous improvement and refinement of chartering module to ensure competitiveness in market.

•Coordinate with all business units in commerce development and marketing program and with product/IT team to ensure key user requirements achieved with quality user experience.

•Ensure key data from vendors are maintained and contract renewal.

•Daily traditional chartering activities, canvassing for cargoes and building relationships with ship owners and charterers for cargo prospects•Responsible for the team building / staff management / performance appraisal, improve staff efficiency and performance•Any other tasks as assigned by VP, COO , CEOREQUIREMENTS:•Degree in maritime or other related discipline•At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Chartering in managerial role•Possess extensive network of relevant ship owners and charterers•Understand the nature and demands of shipping industry in Chartering and Operations•Have good knowledge of charter parties and experienced in voyage/time charter.

•Proficient in Mandarin and English 2 major languages preferred (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)•Have a good professional ethics, strong resistance, innovation, good communication skills
