制造工程师 机械设备 RESPONSIBILITIES:1 Supporting the Plant manager in the industrialization of new products2 Management of the budget assigned3 Ensure the availability of the documentation necessary for the production4 Define the method and ensure availability of equipments and documentation5 Promote the continuous improvement of the processes.

6 Define and implement the best technology in order to optimize the manfufacturing of the products7 Define and implement new devices for the manufacturing8 Define and optimize productions layout9 Ensure the link with Corporate Manufacturing Engineering dept.

and apply corporate guidelines and procedures10 Optimize the effectiveness and maintenance of the facilities according with Corporate Manufacturing Engineering guidelines.

11 Feasibility Analysis according with quality and production standards12 eva luation of the processes in order to ensure the full utilization of facilities and workers13 eva luation of the ergonomy of the workplace14 Development of the skills of the teamSOFT SKILLS – competenze relazionali/managerial/trasversali (saper essere):1.
