Mechanical Hydraulic Engineer/机械液压工程师 海斯坦普天津 海斯坦普汽车组件(天津)有限公司(分支机构) Job Responsibility工作职责1.

Responsible for press machine, automation and others welding assembly equipment mechanical hydraulic problems solving and analysis;2.

Responsible for the spare parts planning and control3.

Providing problems reason analysis and preventive methods;4.

Responsible for schedule and implement the PM (preventative maintenance);5.

Give training to the maintenance technicians6.

Report the big downtime of machine, give the solution for downtime reduction7.

Mechanical Hydraulic drawing archive and updating8.

Fixture management and optimization8.

Continuous improving on the machine9.

Support on the new equipment installation and commissioning10.

Other tasks assigned by head of departmentPosition Qualification任职要求1.

Bachelor of science degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years directly related experience, familiar with hydraulic system, press and mechanical press, welding fixtures.

2.

Knowledge in Machinery engineering maintenance, good at computer is necessary3.

Welding Fixture maintenance and adjustment experience is a plus4.

Welding robot mechanical maintenance experience is a plus.

5.

Skilled on CAD or CATIA/Solidworks6.

TPM knowledge is required7.

Pneumatic and hydraulic experience of industry8.

High trouble shooting capability9.

Good communication skills by written and verbal English10.

Experience of Manufacture industry
