Product Manager产品经理-泵/液压 派克汉尼汾 派克汉尼汾流体传动产品(上海)有限公司,Parker,派克汉尼汾,派克汉尼汾 Position Summary:Increase Division sales and profits through development of product strategies for vane pump and service.

Coordinate communication involving products and applications between Division, sales, customers and end users.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:Use of judgment in determining products offered, target markets and product line forecasting.

Interact with sales, operations and marketing to provide premier customer service.

Job Responsibility:Establish product development procedures to assist field sales in achieving profitable volumeMake recommendations and eva luations on new product opportunities as outlined in the Winovation processParticipate in or lead new product development teams as part of the Winovation processDevelop and present product training to field sales, customers and end usersSupport field sales with information on products and applicationConduct periodic market survey and WinMap projectsConduct competitive analysis of product linesAccompany and assist field sales as requiredAttend sales conferences and trade shows as requiredDevelop product/system advertising and promotional programs, landing pages, WechatsDevelop and revise product sales tools incl.

Facilitate exchange of information between engineering and field sales managementManage product portfolio, product positioning, develop pricing tools for responsible productsMonitor activities for continuous improvements in productivity and cost reductionsQualifications:BS or above degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Business discipline with related experienceAbove 10 years experience in engineering or field sales in a related industryStrong computer skills (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Applications)Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving / resolution skills and a team focus.
