北美箱管操作助理(夜班) 东方海外 东方海外货柜航运(中国)有限公司,东方海外货柜,东方海外 Accountabilities1.

In charge of equipment data quality for the assigned regions in NAG2.

Manual capture of equipment events for Non-EDI facilities of assigned regions in NAG3.

Communicating with regional CSV/TSH/EQM and facility vendors directly for equipment data related issues4.

Creation/Termination events updating and maintaining the overall data integrity and completeness5.

Equipment Inventory / Flow analysis and reporting1.

及时发送edi数据到铁路公司 ,确保需要多式联运的出口集装箱货物顺利进入铁路系统 ;2.

与铁路公司保持密切交流,追踪集装箱在铁路上的运输动态;3.

在货物截港当时提交装运清单以及各类舱单,确保集装箱装载上预定船舶;4.

与码头 ,海关等密切交流 ,处理在码头内所产生的各类突发事件 ;5.

船开后对于上船集装箱进行整理归档Requirements1.

College degree and above, major in shipping and logistic is preferred2.

Good communication and interpersonal skills3.

Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure4.

Good command of written and spoken English5.

Good command of MS-office application software include Word Excel隔周夜班,有丰厚夜班津贴 上班地点 四号线杨树浦路站
