Provide nutrition education and nutrition therapy using updated evidence based practice, including conducting nutrition screen and assessment; as well as developing, implementing and documenting personalized nutrition care plan3. Conduct group classes and lectures to educate and engage audience in healthy eating practiceESSENTIAL TASKS:1. Provide nutrition therapy using updated evidence based practice, including conducting nutrition screen, assessment, develop, implement and document nutrition care plan2. Utilize biometric, anthropometric and subjective data to conduct assessment3. Conduct meal intake analysis to determine client’s nutritional status4. Able to use professional judgment to determine client’s nutritional requirements, nutrition-related problems, provide nutrition intervention and recommendation5. Communicate with multi-disciplinary team to develop appropriate nutrition care plan6. Provide nutrition care support in wellness centers mainly, and Jiahui satellite sites as needed, in line with Jiahui’s mission and core values, based on needs7. Develop and carry out nutrition programs for staff, clients and community8. Provide community education and health talks to client groups and corporate companies9. Produce education materials and nutrition articles10. Meet productivity standards and performance indicators in the various nutrition services11. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein12. Support fellow nutritionist and provide coverage as neededKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES1. Computer literacy – Microsoft Office suite, photo processing software2. Experience in using Electronic Medical Record and applications3. Cultural Sensitivity – be familiar with Chinese and western foods4. Strong communication skills both written and oral in BOTH English and Chinese (Putonghua)5. Excellent coordination and organizational skills6. Possess self-motivational work ethnic7. Basic cooking skills preferredEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:1. A baccalaureate degree in a food/nutrition-related discipline, such as dietetics, food science, hospitality management or equivalent2. Licensed clinical dietitian with at least 2 years of clinical experience3. Experience in outpatient, one-on-one counseling or wellness facility setting4.
