工艺控制工程师(制浆造纸) 安德里茨 安德里茨(中国)有限公司,ANDRITZ,ATC,安德里茨 职责描述:-Design of control philosophy including logic diagramsControl descriptions and drafts for DCS-monitor displays according the projects’ flow sheet and mass balance.

依据具体项目的流程图和平衡来设计控制资料,包含逻辑图,控制描述,以及DCS画面-Design and drawing up of control loop diagrams for control loops依据控制回路来设计以及画控制线路图-Provide instrument and I/O and valve list etc.

提供仪表和I/O和阀门清单等-Provide basic data for DCS, variable speed drive and process requirements提供DCS和变频传动和工艺的基本要求参数-Carry out factory acceptance test of DCS program执行DCS程序的FAT测试-Attend project meeting参加项目会议-Classroom and on-site training of customer’s personnel对客户员工的教室以及现场培训-Process and control commissioning and optimization for the project项目的控制方面的开机调试以及优化-Process and control support for guarantee test runsFAC时的控制方面支持-Trouble-shooting service故障处理与服务-Process and control part for proposal preparation including pricing of equipment控制方面设备的方案与预算支持-Technical specification and sizing for process and control equipment控制方面设备的技术和选型-Inquiry and selection of control equipment控制方面设备的询价和选型Other, Non-Project Related/其他非项目相关的:-Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the process plant team.

和工程组团队一起改进工艺/标准/工具/技术技能水平.

-Support Project, Design and Product manager(s)对项目/设计/产品的管理的支持-Share knowledge/experience with design team and start up team与设计和开机团队的经验交流-Support engineering team work对工程团队的支持-Maintain share folders维护共享文件和资料Participation in/要参与的工作-Project and engineering meetings, internal and external内部以及外部的项目和工程会议-Flow sheet design and process design calculations流程设计与工艺设计的计算-Start-up and commissioning开机调试-Sales meetings when required有需要时的销售会议-Lean Six Sigma projects6-Sigma项目-Quality reviews质量的综评任职要求:• College or Bachelor Degree in Pulp Paper or Process Control or instrumentation大专及本科,浆纸行业自动化控制或者仪表专业• More than two years experience in Paper Industry or Paper Mill浆纸行业2年以上经验• Good English knowledge (written and spoken)良好的英语(读和写)
