1、刚接电话的时候，千万别发傻。他说may i speak to xxx?的时候，你可以回答，year, its me. you must be prof xxx。然后一定要问他how are you? 这样会给对方一个比较的第一印象。
2、最后的时候，一定要thanks for calling。而且打完电话之后，还要跟上一封email。
RA的主要问题：
1、一般会了解一下你的专业知识。尽你所能，如实地回答。千万不要充大尾巴狼。有一说一，有二说二。
2、有时会问你，毕业之后要干嘛。不是说你要回来还是要留下，而是要问你想教书还是想到业界工作？
3、准备一两个小问题问他，觉得你挺了解而且挺重视他们学校的。
TA的主要问题：
因为TA是教书，所以以聊天为主。比如天气啦，个人情况啦，等等。如果你曾经做过口译方面的工作，也可以跟他吹一吹。主要看你的英语怎么样了。
一定要注意礼貌，如果有问题回答不出来的，你可以跟他说，i have no idea of it now. can i reply you later by email?总之，打圆场的事情是不用我教的了。
