supply chain director 1. Effectively lead Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse team to establish long

range and short-term objectives. Maintain a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on

crucial details.

2. Cultivate a sense of urgency, excitement and optimism in the workplace where team members

consistently push for improved team performance and productivity.

3. Lead and develop Supply Chain strategy to support business strategy in a cost-efficient manner.

4. Continuously analyze and develop the forecasting tools to ensure a cost-efficient and effective

forecasting is carried out.

5. Continuously review, adapt and improve procedures and control for supply chain operations.

6. Lead logistics and warehouse team in forwarder management as well as warehouse efficiency and

productivity.

7. Lead purchasing team in building relationship and management supplier in supporting needs in a close

partnership support.

8. Lead customer service team in working closely with business leaders on critical customers support - Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Business Administration

- At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain function and managerial working experience in

manufacturing environment.

- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and management skills.

- A good team player with excellent organization and coordination skills.

- Possess initiative, drive, and discipline and can work independently.

- Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
