在面试的时候，工作经验和自己的成就是面试的重点内容，面试官最关注的也是这些。对于工作经验和成就不能瞎遍乱造，但是在描述的时候可以有一些技巧，让我们先看一下便于学习的背景知识：
Background:
工作经历通常包括工作期限、单位、职务等。另外还应具体说明以前所从事工作的性质、职责范围以及所取得的成就，与业务有关的进修培训也可以列出来。描述工作经历最能体现的是人的能力、经验和特点。所以，除非1.你以前的工作经历与现在申请的职务无关联，2.你的学历更吸引人，否则工作经历一项应放在简历的最前面。在说明自己的工作经验的时候由近及远。从目前的工作开始说起，然后往前推。最近的工作最重要，应当说明的最为详细，而且强调你认为最重要的内容。
成就是指你在工作的过程中获得的一些奖项或者技能，也就是说在工作的过程中得到了什么。其实，许多有相同经历的人会得到不同的收获。而考官最感兴趣的是你通过工作所掌握的技巧。因为这种技巧只有干过的人才会知道。而这些技巧会对将来的工作有利。
在了解了这些背景知识以后我们学习起来也比较目的性了，来看对话吧：
Ａ：Have you worked as a secretary?
Ｂ：Yes, I have worked as a secretary in an investment company?
Ａ：What are you doing now?
Ｂ：I’m learning English and I hope I can get more chances.
Ａ：Could you tell me what’s your last job?
Ｂ：Of course, I worked at an advertisement Co. Ltd. And I do sales work.
Ａ：Would you mind telling me the name of the company?
Ｂ：OK, the name is Xinyue Internet Co. Ltd.
Ａ：Have you got any achievement or received any honor in the company?
Ｂ：Yes, I was chosen as one of employees of the month last year. And as a sales manager I succeeded in raising yearly sales volume by 25%.

这样的对话涉及到的是应聘者的职位，成就等相关的词汇，当然根据工作的不同，这些词也会有所不同，很多都是应聘者自身的专业词汇，相信不会太难。在此我们也再列举一些相关的：
